Commercial Construction Supervisor (Working Supervisor)

We are a growing general contractor based in Conshohocken, PA, specializing primarily in commercial office fit-outs and tenant improvements, along with a variety of other commercial construction projects. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Supervisor who can lead by example. This is a working supervisor position, meaning you'll oversee the job site while also working alongside the crew as needed.

Our projects are generally located within one hour of Conshohocken, so reliable transportation is essential.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Occasional overtime may be required depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily commercial construction activities on job sites.
• Lead crews and coordinate subcontractors.
• Work alongside the crew and perform hands-on construction tasks as needed.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to company quality standards.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and vendors.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 10+ Experience supervising commercial construction projects.
• Hands-on commercial construction experience, preferably with office fit-outs and tenant improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate multiple trades.
• Reliable, dependable, and safety-focused.
• Valid driver's license.

Requirements

• Must have your own truck.
• Must provide your own hand tools.
• Must be willing to travel to job sites within approximately one hour of Conshohocken.
• Must be comfortable performing physical construction work in addition to supervising the project.
